Angus Reid forms new research agency
Reid (pictured) was founder of the Angus Reid Group from 1979 until the company was acquired by Ipsos in 2000. From 2003 until 2014, he was chief executive of Vision Critical, which was founded by his son Andrew Reid.
Ed Morawski, former Maru/Matchbox president and chief operating officer, has joined Angus Reid Global as president and chief operating officer. Morawksi was president and COO at Vision Critical from 2006 until 2016, and senior vice-president of Ipsos North America from 2000 until 2006.
The company has also appointed former Maru/Matchbox execs Demetre Eliopoulos as senior vice-president and managing director of the company’s public affairs consultancy, Cailey Asher as senior vice-president of strategy and development, and Sonia Bishop as senior vice-president of operations.
The new business is centred on the Angus Reid Forum panel community.
