Forsta acquisition completed
The deal, which closed on 26th April 2022 for an undisclosed fee, will see Forsta continue as a standalone brand and retain its current leadership team.
The deal will allow Press Ganey clients to access Forsta’s CX, user experience, EX and market research technology tools, as well as Forsta’s experience in industries such as retail, financial services, travel and hospitality, technology, entertainment and consumer goods.
Forsta was launched in 2021 following the merger of CX company Confirmit and research technology business FocusVision.
Kyle Ferguson, chief executive officer at Forsta, said: “With this investment, we will be able to greatly accelerate innovation so our customers can deliver better insights, faster and at scale.
“There is tremendous opportunity from the convergence of our resources, and we have no plans to slow down.”
Patrick Ryan, chairman and chief executive officer at Press Ganey, said: “Together, Press Ganey and Forsta offer our clients the data connectivity, accelerated analytics, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) expertise and deeply segmented insights that companies need to deliver frictionless experiences and truly drive transformation.
“With Forsta, we expand into new geographies and industries, with highly complementary market research, CX and EX technology that will coordinate seamlessly with our existing healthcare solutions.”
