Based in western Canada, NRG gives Leger broader geographical reach in the country.  Brian Owen (pictured), chairman and CEO of NRG, will join Leger’s board of directors and act as an advisor.

Owen said: “To my team and clients, Leger provides in-depth analytics expertise and cutting-edge technologies, including its online panel, real-time Voice of the Customer (VoC) technology, and expertise in online communities. We are very proud to join the Leger family.”

Jean-Marc Leger, CEO of Leger, said: "NRG perfectly complements our offer. It has built a great reputation based on 40 years of research experience. We are proud to welcome this team of senior consultants and strengthen our company’s leadership in British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba."

This is Leger’s tenth acquisition, and the firm said it will continue to look for growth opportunities in the coming months.
