ComRes rebrands to Savanta ComRes
Savanta was formed at the beginning of 2019 from the merger of Next 15-owned MIG Global’s data businesses Morar HPI, Viga, Charterhouse and Circle. It later bought the research division of Wealth-X.
The firm acquired ComRes for an undisclosed sum in July. ComRes was founded in 2003 and focuses on reputation, public policy and communication strategies.
Roger Perowne, global chief executive of Savanta, said: “Our teams have been working closely together since July and we’re delighted to announce that from today, all future activity will come under the Savanta ComRes name. Savanta ComRes are election and data specialists who help clients cut through the noise and quickly get to the heart of insights.”
Andrew Hawkins, chair of Savanta ComRes, added: “Savanta ComRes combines the benefits of scale with the deep, political expertise you’d expect to find in a boutique agency.”
